sky 3d

hi all hope someone can help me i have a skybox f5s and i was watching sky 3d last week. today i was going to watch sky 3d but i cannot get it to go into full screen.
when i press the 3d button on my tv remote all i get is tuning 3d mode on or off it wont give me the option to select the side by side mode.

my 3d has gone off, blank screen,the rest are fine.

I can get 3d ok the picture is side by side just carnt get it to go to full screen by pressing the 3d button on my tv remote
