CAnt upgrade firmware @skybox f5

Hi every one .
i am trying to update my skybox f5 firmware to fix youtube.....
but unfortunately when it come to read it says MISMATCH files.......
i have tried different firmware the down version firmware for skybox f5 but all says same.MISMATCH files...

could any one please help me out with this why it keep saying that.

Either your trying to load a file that is not for the F5 or its a Clone........If you have a clone box then please check here:

Make sure it's an F5 and not F5s.

Have you tried YojiTech maybe use a different browser if you have.

i have download from this website skybox f5 firmware and its works mean didn't get any misfile massage but that firmware is an old one but after installing i did try to install latest firmware but that keep saying mismatch file.
Is there anything else do i need to do.?????
plz tell me because i cant watch anything on my box apart from FTA.
bcuz my client gone to offline as well bcuz of this...I messed up basically :@

but by works i mean just update but youtube didn't work at all which was only cause i wanted to up date ..and now i messed up...

Also, did you try using a different browser?

With regards to only being able to watch FTA now... That's something we can't discuss here but you should have backed up things first like channel list, provider/gift, etc and then you could have restored them. Can you ask your provider

Visit the YojiTech website I posted earlier using a different browser than one you usual one.

I've amended my last post re watching things other than FTA.

ooops...thanks yeah i got backup of everything ....from this website i did download latest firmware f5 and have tried to upgrade ...but no luck...one more thing my box is i thing clone one ...so dont know how will its works on clone one's....do they have different way of upgrading or they need different firmware's :????

If it's a clone I've read you get "mismatch" error message.

I've just uploaded the latest F5 firmware here (I have tested personally on my F5 for months) but not sure if it will work on F5 clones.

Thats because the latest one it not for your box, the one you installed from hddvbsw.com worked ok, so you have a clone box,
the firmware that installed ok is dated 18th May 2013 and is the latest for that box...why do you need to install a newer firmware?
I have been using this firmware and it very stable.

thanks for your time mate...but that firmware is dated on 23-01-2013 as i check on system information after installing.its not dated as 18th may2013.i want to install new firmware because my youtube app is not working as i watch some time some programs ...
firmware is working fine apart from youtube.
