box not booting up?

hi all,got a problem with my f5 skybox.i did a single sattelite scan and was then unable to press search end so had to power off and on but now my box is only booting upto 40? any ideas?thanks in advance!!!

hi thanks for the info. i followed the steps that youve uploaded and downloaded the files onto my f5 succesfully but now the box wont boot up at all? wher as before it was booting upto 40,any ideas?

Did you load the firmware via the null cable or usb ???

I USED A 9 PIN NULL MODEM IVE MANGED TO SORT IT NOW I REMOVED ANY OLD FIRMWARE BY DUMP AND THEN ADDED THE FIRMWARE AGAIN,IT WORKED FIRST TIME WHEN I TRIED THIS.THANKS FOR THE HELP

tried another reflash today this time on a totally dead box i run the loads etc but no joy with this one? is there anything you gotta do different with dead boxes? thanks again

Tick the boot load on the software before flashing it

yer that worked fairplay cant fault you,it seems little setting and mehods with these boxes is all it is? it sometimes takes a couple of goes but hey? thanks again
