Skybox F5s no signal??

Hello, my F5s box has been working fine until i just tried to switch it on and there was no power. I changed the power adapter and it powered up only to recieve 'No signal!' on all channels. I tried updating the channel list and this has made no difference. Any ideas? Thank you.

When u go into the single satellite scan page and perform a scan does the transponder it is tryin to scan come up ?

Look in your installation menu make sure the LNB says on.
