Need help for Openbox s10 :)

I'm a new to forums and satelite's, but i know everything about computers.
but i have this openbox s10 for 2 years now but someone else always configured this for me.
Sadly that person has passed away and know alot of my channels do not work.
Please help me, i'm still a beginner but can learn alot.

If it's just the channels you want then use either AJ's or Sattv5 channel list (both stickies).

This is done via upgrade by usb option and Sattv5 has indepth instructions.
