if you go to the Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) option in the menu click on it
    then click on setup
then switch Auto turn off to NO
    then exit Menu

Thsi problems has been reported before the anynet+ Samsung's version of HDMI-CEC is a little flaky to say the least with non samsung products, I dont even have mine switched on probably due to the fact just the Plasma is Samsung and nothing else

To solve this problem you will need to purchase a lindy CEC less adapter. Its goes for 10 quid on Amazon UK
