SkyBox F5S not accepting certain characters for WiFi password.

I have a SkyBox F5S and I have got a USB WiFi dongle for it. I have got far to configuring to enter the WiFi password however I can't seem to enter any special characters.

My WiFi password as @, $ and ? signs in it but can't seem to enter any of these characters in the SkyBox. All I can enter is A-Z and 0-9 and ?.

Is there a way these characters can be entered?

Either press 1 a few times or 0 can't remember which one! That will work both have different symbols
