Picture blurry after channel list upgrade

Hi guys, pretty new to this, downloaded a new channel list on my Skybox F5s, and since ive done so, picture is blurry, very faint, including EPG text, my HD is blurry, and for example "SKY SPORTS 1 HD" symbol on top right corner is flickering slightly.....Any ideas folks? got a few mates coming round for the footy tomorrow and panicking! Thanks in advance, Andy.

Cover it up , no idea... find it hard to think its related to the channel list.. is it just that channel?

Read the Rules here; they apply to Everyone.

It's on every channel though including all menus, etc. Picture is quite dark compared to normal. Is the skybox maybe faulty or some setting been accidentally knocked on/off? It's not signal or network issues as menu picture is blurry too.

            Press Menu on the remote
            Go into TV System

set the following options if not already there:

            Video resolution: 1080i_50
            Aspect Mode: Auto
            Video Out: YUV
            Digital Audio Out: LCPM Out

(if the video resolution wont change, set the video out first then go back and change it)
