Where do I find the latest firmware for the F3, or the latest channel list. Is there a specific thread?

The latest firmware can be downloaded from here:-

The latest channel list are available from the forums from AJ, sattv5, or inbed79. Have a look at the stickies.

Yep. When frequencies change, new channels start up, old channels close down etc. then the latest channel list sorts it out. It's a .dbs file.

Updating to new firmware will overwrite your Favourites & gift details. Make a backup of your gift details before installing new firmware.
