Rescan option not highlighted

Hi there I have an skybox f3 and when I go into the menu to do a rescan the option for single sat search is not highlighted and won't let me go onto it and do a rescan. So my question is do I need to put some code in to highlight it so I can get into single sat search and rescan? Any replys greatly appreciated.

press menu on the remote
select satellite list
scroll through the menu and press OK on Astra 28a, until a green tick appears on the left hand side of it
exit the menu and your options will be returned
