HELP! sky f5s

hi, im a noob to all this, and im sorry if any of this has already been asked.ive just got a brand new sky f5s box and ive tried following the openbox set up guide i found on this site but im getting nowhere fast.can anybody point me in the right direction for a channel list ( i downloaded aj's list) and an image file.also do i need a cccam? (not entirely sure what this is)any help would be much appreciated.Thanks

tbh an image is already installed, you have a skybox f5s;

1) download AJ channel list easy peasy
2) cccam etc is already in the box go to the network menu press 6666 to make it appear if it is hidden
3) we can talk about getting server etc as per rules;
