skybox f5 scrambled

Hello, my skybox f5 keeps on giving me "scrambled" the channel lists are updated, any ideas?

Just by having the correct channel list is not going to clear channels.

Yes thats fine, my internet is fine and fully working so surely, its not a box problem maybe the problemat the other end which I cannot talk about

Sounds like it

but check the DCHP is set to on

Menu/network/ethernet/setup....then reboot the box
