    F5S - what causes flickering?

Might be an obvious answer to this - but what causes flickering / stuttering? BBC HD and ITV HD are pretty bad every 20-30 seconds or so.

Seen as though you are on FTA Channels then freezing and stuttering should not be happening.
Are you using a HDMI Cable ?, if so try changing it.

When on BBC One, press the INFO button and check what the signal level is? these are FTA channels so it would make no difference even
if you did or didn't have a gift installed, the FTA channels should still all work 100%

HI, try v-format on your remote, use 720p_50 Htz that might help. this box is a piece of S*** but we might learn more as we go along.. hope that helps (let me know)
