hi this is my first time setting up my own freesat box and dish having major problems finding a sat my dish is pointing in the right direction but keep getting no programs found . I am using a skybox f5s a Mk4 Raven Minidish Sky Quad LNB .in my satellite list in the sky box im not getting astra 2b /eurobird sat at 28.2 im only getting eutelsat 28a an no programs what so ever been trying to get it to work for 2 days now and starting to lose my patience any help would be highly appreciated

Have you tried installing a channel list? The ones from AJ & sattv5 have a range of satellites in the satellite list, with 28.2 already ticked. This will ensure that the Antenna setup parameters are correctly set as well.
If you still receive no channels, then perhaps your dish still needs tweaking. How do you know that it's set up in the right position?
