skybox scrambled ? ? ?

hi everyone im new here so please be kind. ive had the Skybox 5S now for 1 month, a few freeze issues, and the odd scrambled message popping up. but since about 22:00 last night ive got a constant scrambled message on all channels a part from your free channels (bbc1, bbc2,itv....... ect) got in touch with the company I got my box from and they told me last night that the server was down and would be sorted soon, but its still not working! am I been mugged off by them, or does anyone know anything about this server down excuse or is anyone else having the same issue? ? ?

its a nightmare when that happens and you can not enjoy telly.. try restarting router and your box and see if it has worked. if it don't work you will need a new sealion ....as you might have been put on a months free gift.

as a few of us are having the same scrambled issue I guess it is definitely a server issue, I wouldn't of thought we were all that unlucky to of been put on a months free trial :-) seen as you have mentioned a new sealion and as that is double dutch to me, im going to have to ask! what do you mean by a new sealion

This seems to be a fairly wide spread problem today. Not sure what the problem is yet but i wouldnt recommend anyone purchase a new cline just yet. Sit tight and see if the issue can be resolved first.

I use to different clines and the one is fine but I have issue with the other , xxxxxxxxxxx had great feed back on eBay too over 6000 had it before and the server was taken offline
