skybox f3 channel list

Hi Im fairly new to this. Im wondering do I need to stick with the channel list that came with my box or can I download any? Im sorry if this has been asked 100s of times.

Any channel lists for the openbox/skybox will be OK, unless it's one for a X5 or S6 which use a different format.
