SKYBOX F3 UPDATE/FIRMWARE

I have had this since 2011ish, I have just updated it to AJs most recent channel list.

Do I need to upgrade anything else? Firmware etc...

If so, how do I do that, i just want to fully upgrade my box so it is fully up-to-date.

If most channels working if I were you do not bother as this boxes can brick or stop working altogether if you keep messing around with!!!!!

Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!
