Openbox x5 dont have access control

Hi I cant find access control in the system set up can anyone help

Try the usual suspects press 6666,8888,1111 etc.. to reveal hidden menu in network settings

I buy openbox x5 last week and I try to open access control in system setup but nothing I try with 2778, 8888, 0000, 6666 2788 but nothing
and when I put KD_P9000E_HD_OPENBOX_X5_2013_11_11.zip he say (no match file)
but when I put DB_Default(9000E000).bin he accept it.
I need help brothers
