    skybox f5 info please

when i went in the shop i asked for something like my old tecnomate with patch so i could manual enter codes
as im not very pc frendly and you can get them easy enough
the bloke sold me skybox f5 cheap enough ,so its all set up and running.
read thru the forums and actuly managed to load up ajs ch**** list(on a roll i though) just to make sure it all works even though i want to use it for E13 eutelsat
found all the cam stuff avatar cam,red cam thought i could just find some codes enter them in thats where its gone down hill
do i have to plug it in to my router to make it do anything or are there any patches i can load up.
The thing is do i take it back and get another technomate as i dont want to be doing stuff on the pc or paying for lines all the time
    cheers the finger

I know the Skybox range of receivers takes a Softcam.key file but in what format i have no idea, the Technomates have a far wider support base due to the fact that most users only have the Skybox range on a fixed dish at 28.2? east.

Take it back and swap it for the 5402HD
