lan tool - favorite list

hi all have a issue ! when i use my lan tool to put c-line and channel list on to skybox f5s ! when complet i notice that my favorite list isnt named as usual... eg entertainment sports movies ect can anyone help as it is very time consuming having to manually input these many thanks

You need to Factory reset the box without selecting anything.

Do Not Make Any Selections
Blue Button

After reseting you will need to reset the time and switch the DHCP back on.

I think the trick is making the default database= the user database,then doing a factory default.I don't have an f5 so I can't test it out but I have done it that way with my old s10.Unfortunately you have to do it via rs232 and alieditor.
