Iv been looking about and found a few youtube videos, I get the idea I put two files on a memory stick plug it in and do an update on the box.
The bit im struggling with is knowing where to get these files from or specifically which 2 I need??
I have an f3 box and it all to often freezes and says scrambled which is why I thik its time to upgrade?
