First time Skybox setup

Hi all, i have a sky box f5s and all connected up and ready to go, or i thought so. i didnt realise i needed to select a satelitte first. is there a guide or some info in what to do/how to find the best satelitte etc?????

If you want to watch channels on 28.2e, then the easiest thing to do is install a channel list from AJ or sattv5. These lists will have all the info programmed for loads of satellites, with 28.2e already selected & ready to go.
