SKYBOX F5 monitoring network access

Is there any way to verify which remote server I am accessing from my SKYBOX F5?

I am trying to change over from one provider to another and would like to see that I have changed my settings correctly and am access the new provider rather than the old one.

Alternatively can how would I monitor network access at my router?
