Network EPG App

I understand I can have 7 day EPG on the F5S. But I don't understand how to use it. When I select it, it says no storage media.
Am I supposed to download the EPG in xml and import it? If so, where do I get it?

Scrap that I figured it out! Needs the usb stick for storing the xml!
