Acceptable scrambled times

Just wanting to ask what others experience, i only use my box a couple of times a week and 9 times out of 10 i get scrambling sometimes for a few minutes at a time.
I know my broadband isnt brilliant (sky) but every time i seem to want to watch something like last night the film scrambled on several different occasions for up to 4 minutes.
i would expect glitches in the viewing but not regualar drop outs for minutes at a time.

I'm a complete novice but when that happens usually I change channel then back to the one I was watching and that seems to do the trick (obviously doesn't work all the time), or maybe every time I do it it's a coincidence haha

Try changing from HD to SD that sometimes works
