SKY F5S box screen zoomed

hi guys i bought a sky f5s box the other day worked fine but today the kids been messing with the remote the screen is zoomed in on the remote you do have a button which states zoom but that brings up a satellite menu.


Any help will be welcome please not only is it zoomed in the left hand side of the screen has a split also.

yes tried that unplugged it and restarted the box but still nothing

go to menu display setting change it from { now i have not got one here but from memory } yupb * to the other setting see if it helps also change the screen size

All sorted they bloody changed the resolution from the main menu. They guessed my pin bloody hell these kids are getting clever.
