Skybox F3 keeps rebooting

Hey guys please help

My skybox keeps rebooting for every 30 mins or so since yesterday don't know why I have done nothing to the firmware it's the same one when I first bought the box is there any ways that I can stop this?

Have you updated the channel list ??
have you disconnected any of the cables ??

Is there anything on top of the box

Nope haven't updated the channel list, none of the cables are disconnected and nothing's on top of the box mate.

If you have a fan, leave it blowing on the box, that will eliminate any over heating problem.
