F5 box stuck on one channel

I have an f5 sky box which I have had a few weeks , suddenly it has froze on one screen and no response from remote cant access menu or turn over , it s working fine on the channel its on but I want more than sky sports one any help will mostly appreciated

After making sure the batteries and remote control are working, try removing everything ( Sat Cable, Ethernet, HDMI) and powering off and on at the wall.

nah i have tried everything as i have a spare box that works fine and used the remote on that too.

Reflash the firmware on the box using the skybox lan tool, if you dont know what Ip address your box was using before it went bad then look in your router to see.
