skybox keeps freezing up or picture breaks up then states scramled

Welcome to the world of cheap boxes for tv.....your doing nothing wrong...apart from the box you bought.....

could be a number of things...setup/firmware/the part u add to get tv...

It's part & parcel of cheap tv......live with it or buy a better box

If it's ok on FTA channels, then it could be something to do with your internet connection or your gift.

the vu+ boxes are the best, if your wanting a good box but not too expensive then go for the vu duo box, can get 1 for ?240 and can do so much more than the skybox's starting with the 7 day epg and record 1 channel while watching another (if you have 2 cables to your dish)
