im new to all this and just getting into it. i did my first channel list update yesterday after losing channel 5, i sure all you experts are laughing just now...but hey i was chuffed with myself. so question is does using the update change your server settings? as im not that far into doing that yet, although i have been looking around at server/gift suppliers as after reading threads on ebay gifts running out long before expirary date and i am beginning to get glitches etc i thought its time to get reading up on all this stuff. Appreciate replies...thanks team!

hiya it wont change your server settings to certain channel freqs I reckon cause they change a lot I have had my box a few month since learning this site im on here every few days keeping an eye on the new channel list ect and best if you keep an eye on the firmware for your box to cause when I first had mine it ran like poo but every update it gets better im new to this myself you will get there manComment

I did as instructed then it says that if i procede all settings wil be factory reset and i will lose all fav's etc.....is this right? i got a fright and cancelled the update...Comment
