no signal on fta channels - skybox f5s. i am connecting via homeplugs ethenet

im getting no signals on the fta channels on skybox f5s

i have installed the latest prog list from AJ TP PROB.DBS

but getting no signal. ethernet is showing as active and the sky cable is in fine...

Put a sky box on and see if same problem as it could be cables from dish it could be the dish out of line it could be lnb I put one in on Friday and person I put it in for said ya I've a sky dish n all cables plug box in no signal he said it must be box!! I had just tested it so knew it wasn't his dish had been up 10 year I got my ladders out found a massive spiders nest in lnb so cleaned it tested it with sat meter and it was a very very weak signal lnbs ****ed and also need moving as a big tree in way! Asked him when he last used his dish he said never!!
