Is my f5s box a brick?

Hi i posted yesterday explaining what happened after I updated my F5s box with a new channel list.
It froze and displayed " LOAD"
If anyone can help I would appreciate it ...Thank You.

have you tried unplugging the power supply and leaving it a few minutes before plugging it back in?

yes i tried that ...also left it unplugged overnight....thanks for replying

If its stuck on load, the recovery program and software will sort it.
