I use one on my box in my bedroom and you just have to deal with it basically.
The only thing that get's on my nerves is how ugly the box looks with the huge antenna hanging out the front of the box and how long it takes the channels to come on when you first turn the box on. Apart from those minor issues, it runs sweet.

Well I have a very cheap usb splitter , not sure if it's the reason , but if I connect wifi dongle and flash drive , they stop working , if I try to record , I get disconnected ...
I have a question though , when I connect the wifi on his own , it works well but if I switch off the skybox and back on , the box doesn't remember to connect to wifi , I have to switch it on in network setting every time , does that do it to you too ?

I dont think the F3 / F5 has a big enough power supply to run a USB hub from it.

i would not try and use a usb hub in them it fries your usb drive what i read somewhere on net' wifi works just as good as hardwire in my opinion once its set up right' its just a mess on sorting it out wpa2 psk aes and wireless channel 1 or 6 works best on the router u are connecting it to.
