My skybox is up and running fine but quite often the screen freezes and gets jumpy. is there anything i can buy or do to solve this?

This might be going on to a subject which can't be discussed on this forum. -
Switch your router off and on at the socket
Switch your homeplugs off and on at socket
Switch box off and on at socket
Check your signal from dish is over 70%
If it's still doing it ask yourself.. Does it do it on free to air channels? If its only paid ones then cant be spoke about on here.Comment
