lost the ccam file after update to skybox f5s any help be appreciated thanks

hiya I have just updated my sky box f5s to the latest firmware off this site but now ive lost my ccam file canny any1 help are steer me in right direction thanks

oh ok see ive never had to before I have my codes just don't have the app to put details in if you get me the company I bought box off puts updates on site but im getting all my info for box on here i.e channel list ect so im moving more towards this site now and I know there many people to help if get stuck thanks

its the camds setup that is not there on the firmware so ic ant enter my stuff In

press 6666 or 8888 on remote
