Skybox F3 channel scrambled but has 75% SNR?

Hi, my family have had a problem on one channel only. And it is called 'Star Life OK'. The channel says the message 'Scrambled' but the SNR is 75%? I checked on the internet for solutions but I've either already did it, or it just does not work. Please help me, I'll really appreciate it! D
