    Help

    Hi guys just trying to help a friend get his f3 box back up and running after the trader he bought box from disappeared.

    I got new! required Infor, but he couldn't get into camds setup, only option was RS232 function setup. So no where to update new info. It was on old 2012 firmware.

    I therefore factory set, updated firmware to 27032013.
    But when i enter new info showing as login offline.

    Any advice?

      Try restarting router and then the skybox

          Strange one but sorted it, manual n would not work, c worked fine. But n worked fine via usb.

          So happy it's working not sure which is best n or c?
