F5 scrambled but f3 working fine

Afternoon all this box is doing my head in help be greatly appreciated I have an f5s which I have installed a new line intoday and all I'm getting is scrambled , and can't get any Internet access through it . I have plugged my other box in and all is fine I have even tryed that line in the box too as I know it's not the line but its still showing offline
, then installed new line into old box now both are offline

All channels are scrambled atm on f5s but you should still be able too get fta channels on it.

reinstall new firmware, as sometime it can get corrupted

So it doesn't work on either box? Sounds like you need to contact someone!

As for your F5s not working with old gift, have you activated the ethernet & set DHCP to ON?
