blank screen

Hi my tv has just started saying "mode not supported" for my sky box fs5. Anyone got any ideas what this could be? all other hdmi ports work fine and ive swapped over the hdmi ports for my skybox so ive proved its the box.????

See if theres a button on remote control called vformat and try that
