No signal help

Hi everyone got a slight problem this afternoon. I'm on a f5s box. I was receiving all channels turned on my box this afternoon and all I can receive currently is the regional channels every other channels says no signal and I'm receiving around 5percent signal even some fta channels have this problem. Hopefully someone out there has the answer thank you

Has Your dish been knicked?, no seriousl,y unless your receiver as packed in this might be an option...regards
