    Channels gone

Hey guys updated my f5s yesterday to latest channel list from here, all good, then reset the factory setting so it showed as sly channel numbers. However this morning that had changed, so did the factory reset thing again but the tp.prog wasn't in there and it wouldn't let me exit out. Ended up hitting ok

Then when I exited all my channels were gone, tried reinstalling the channel lost but nothing

Did a blind scan and they're back again, tried the update channel list again and it wiped them.... What have I done wrong,

You only need to reset to factory settings if your Favourite labels are wrong.

If you do need to reset to factory settings, then remember to not select anything when the pop up box appears with other options to reset. Just press the blue button. When it has finished, put the box into standby, then back on.

I would start from scratch. Delete any channel list that you still have on your box & install a new one.

Cheers for the replies lads, I didn't check anything in the factory settings list but after pressing blue the channels went.. After a blind scan they're back, I then did update and rebooted the box and they're back.....think I'll leave it alone now haha
