Babytv channel not showing on skybox f5 just purchased. help please

HI There,
i am not too technical but i read from dfferent forums that babytv channel is not showing on several posts, the sound is coming on but no image. I just purchased the skybox f5. how can i solve the issue.if i press OK on that chanel it shows me the frequency of 10876/22000V.
What can i do to have the image showing??

This subject has been discussed before in a previous post. The frequency that you quoted is the correct one but the model number of the box you have quoted as purchasing is incorrect which isn't very helpful. How do I know this, you may ask? It's because the reason the picture is not displaying is down to the fact that your box does not have the correct codecs to display the channel. You do not have a F5 box you have a F5S box. There is a difference. A F5 box has the correct codecs and will display the channel but unfortunately a F5S box won't display it until the manufacturer releases an updated firmware containing the correct codecs and so far it's been a lengthy wait and it's not looking too promising.
