f3 box no satellite list

i am new to this, i brought an F3 box and i have somehow deleted my satellite list, so i have no channels what so ever and i cannot search for any channels. Can somebody please let me know how to get my satellite list back, as the person i brought this from is non exsistant anymore. Much appritiated. (i am very new to this technology)

Just stick AJ's channel lit on and all your sats will be back

I have to admit I joined this site for that very reason! But after looking around i'm very very impressed with the site. Its a must for a newbie like myself. I'll be sticking around me thinks!
