Adding channels to a new f5s

Had problems with my old f5 not accepting my sealion, so I have nought a new f5s, loaded my new sealion and tried to load aj's channel list. I have tried with 2 different usb sticks and it keeps telling me file not found grrrr Any help guys please.

Have you extracted the file?

Have you placed a tick at the side of the TP_PROG.dbs before pressing the yellow button?

I have yeah. I have been updating 4 different boxes for family, I set a new f3s up last week no problem, this f5s today is not having any of it. I have been on skybox site to download the latest update but either I need more info on how to update it or it makes no sense, grrrr.
