Skybox F5s Set Up

Hi All,

I'm new to Skyboxes and I'm new to Digital Kaos so please bare with me.

I have got a new skybox 5fs and have tried to connect it via an Skybox Dongle. I have set it up and tried to active it but it doesn't come up as active when I set it up. I have followed all the online instructions but cannot understand why the internet isn't working when it says the signal is around 85%.

I hope someone get help, my provider is talktalk and neither Youtube or You~~~~ is working.

try a ethernet from router

The skyboxes are fussy with wifi dongles and only seem to work haphazardly, maybe due to which factory manufactured it, another route to go is home plugs if using Ethernet cable is a problem they provide a much more stable connection then wifi.
