Issue with a particular channel

Hi there,

I have Skybox F5s and i am using AJ's current channel list from his updated thread. However i am having an issue with Life OK channel. The channel has intermittent problem i.e comes on for a bit than goes back to "scrambled"(repeat). I don't know what is causing the issue because other channels are fine.

Ive checked my internet connection and it appears to be fine. I have tried the following but it didn't solve the issue:

• Delete the channels
• Reboot Box
• Apply the Channel list
• Reboot Box
• Turn box off
• Unplug main power cable from Box
• Plug mains power cable into box
• Turn it back on

My gift provider keeps saying check your setup but what should i be exactly checking when all the other channels work fine.

I will try updating the box with latest firmware if that makes any difference.

I would appreciate if you could provide me with other suggestions i can try.

I take it you mean Star Life OK.

I and many others have the same problem with this channel, sometimes it just will not unscramble.

When I selected it nearly a minute passed before it cleared. Leave it on for while without keep changing channels.

I have a good idea what the problem is but don't want to push the rules.
