is this firmware SAFE for the skybox f5 clone models? and other other clone models?

If you got COPY F3 F5, it will show MISMATCH. And this s.w cannot put to copy box. Your box might die.

I just installed this on my F3 and it's exactly the same as old one. Only difference is startup logo has just been replaced with one that says "MeMoBOX" instead of "SKYBOX".

The difference is new function i write in 1ST FLOOR, not only LOGO CHANGE. Mainly is function change. Such like; you~~~~ YOUTUBE playback.

yeah you're totally right there is no difference at all....shame that doesn't have picon function for F3/F5 boxes

Great!!!! Tks! I do update for my F5 and it works great too.. There is no Difference Just LOGO change.

Probably because it's for the F3 & F5 not the S variant try skybox.cc for the F5S under downloads.

hi ppl.

apart from saying welcome to everyone, i have a question for you lot.

well after installing the mod for the 7 day epg for my F5s, it's working great.

but if i set an event in the timer to record a prog for lets say bbc1 at 6:00 for 10 mins this is what is happening.

when 6:00 comes up i get a message on the screen event notified and then i get my red record light on the top right of the screen, as soon as the record time is up the box will shut down.
i will then re-boot and go into the media player and my prog is there but will not play and says scrammbled ???

has anyone got any ideas on this one.

Is there a better program than this Picon edit tool, I get Error BMP Palette everytime I try to change a logo, anyone got an idea whats wrong.
