got no channels on openbox s10

hi ive lost all channels on my openbox s10 only got freeview any help would be nice kids driving me mad without them

See if you are connected to the Remote End with an OK also check if DHCP is on ticked in network settings other than that cannot discuss any further.

If all the $ channels suddenly went off without you changing any menu settings on the box, then either there's a problem with your internet connection, or the person you got your gift from has switched you off.
