USB recording whilst using wifi dongle

    USB recording whilst using wifi dongle

    Anybody come up with a working system of recording to the Skybox F5S , whilst using the usb dongle for the connection to the internet.

    usb splitter, powered or not ??

    Any advice, gratefully appreciated !!

      No hub will work with the f5s, it will only recognize one of the devices in the hub.
      I'd buy a powerline ethernet adapter and use the boxes ethernet, then use the usb port for recording.
      Will most likely improve your experience as well.. As long as you don't buy cheaply.

                  agreed...only 1 usb device at a time supported by the Skybox range......powerline or Wifi repeater with a lan output are your only options
