    F3S Glitching

I'm new to this and have a F3S box with a gift and am not stuggling with scrambling but am with glitching (freezing & pixilating I guess?). It's ok on FTA channels but I have the glitching on subscription channels.

The signal strength seems ok Intensity 90% & Quality 74%

My talktalk broadband is 19mbps and I've got it cabled from my router (not wireless).

I checked the ping rate using pingrate.net and it came back with
    no packets lost
    22ms ping rate
    1ms jitter
said my connection is grade A

Can anybody cast any light, do you think it's my end or an issue with the gift provider?

    Thanks
